For 16 years, I have worked with business leaders to help them frame their strategic choices and mobilize action. I’m in the focus business; I specialize in helping ventures build their concern by exploiting the right opportunities.

Tenures with Fortune 1000 and privately held organizations focusing on core strategic opportunities. For example, I forged an $8 million annual revenue stream and captured $19 million in cost savings from a dying business by identifying and negotiating its sale to a strategic partner. in my role as Vice President of Financial Strategy I teamed with Showtime’s top management to structure and secure a $9 million private placement memorandum (PPM).
